Hello ! I’m Monika Kowalska-Ptak

I am an artist and designer with a Master’s degree in Art. My creative path has led me through industrial design, interior design, fashion, and graphic design. Today, I weave all these passions together through surface pattern design — where graphics, textiles, interiors, and the beauty of everyday objects find harmony.

My minimalist style is deeply inspired by nature. Drawing is my moment of still clarity — when senses sharpen and time fades. Patterns become a quiet space where my sensitivity can fully unfold.

From the fabrics I design, I also create home décor pieces and accessories — bringing my patterns to life in tactile, timeless forms.
Alongside textiles, you will also find my linocuts and drawings, which reveal another layer of my artistic expression.

Beneath the surface of simplicity lie hours of thought, intuition, and delicate emotion. What seems minimal, is in truth, a search for harmony, authenticity, and quiet meaning.
